Get Ready for the Life Time LT Open Singles Pickleball Tournament

Did you know pickleball singles is a thing? Joyce loves to play singles. In fact, she recently came out on top of 24 other campers at a pickleball camp we attended (more on that in a later edition). As fans of singles, we were stoked to find out about the Life Time LT Open Singles Pickleball Tournament! This is an elite level tournament, but anyone can enter the qualifiers. 

Set in the beautiful Life Time facilities in Peachtree Corners GA, (outside Atlanta) from October 15-19. Whether you're a seasoned pro looking to play or just love to jam with friends on the court, this tournament will be fun to play or watch. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn some new tricks and cheer on your fellow players. Plus, there’s a whole lot of fun to be had outside the court, with plenty of socializing, food, and good times.

If you’re an advanced player, the tournament offers a chance to challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone, test your skills, and enjoy the thrill of competition. And you don’t even have to find a partner.

As a spectator, pickleball can be fun to watch, especially singles. The athleticism is really on display as the players cover the entire court, in many ways it’s more impressive than watching elite doubles play. 

We visited our first Life Time club the other day, that’s how we learned about it, and boy were we impressed. For pickleball players and anyone into working out, it was like Chuck E Cheese’s for grown ups!
