Tested: The Corinne Signature Sky by Acacia

By Joyce Shulman

I've been putting the Corinne Signature Sky pickleball shoe by Acacia through its paces over the past two weeks — from drop shots to kitchen battles, from doubles drills to the post-game stroll to the parking lot.

The verdict? This shoe knows how to show up.

Here’s what stood out:

Light on the court: They don’t have that clunky, heavy court shoe feel that drags me down after a couple of games. These are light enough to move fast, but not so minimal that I felt under-supported.

Snug but not suffocating: The fit feels just right — secure around the ankle and heel without any weird pressure points and the toe box is neither constraining nor left my toes banging around.

Stable and smooth: Whether I'm lunging, shuffling, or making that questionable cross-court sprint 'cause Frank kissed the line yet again, these shoes stayed with me. No sliding, no tipping, no drama.

Style points: The sky-blue design adds a pop of personality without screaming for attention. It’s fun and stylish without trying too hard.

After two weeks of playing hard in these, I can say they’ve earned a spot in the rotation. If you're looking for a shoe that can keep up without weighing you down, this one’s worth a test drive.
